İsot Jam

Ingredients
1 bag of red Urfa isodu
1 cup olive oil
½ tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons salt
Preparation
Peppers are washed, seeds are separated and cut into three or four pieces. They are minced in a meat grinder like meat and placed on large trays and left in the sun to drain. It is mixed at least 3 times a day, morning, afternoon and evening, and when the water is absorbed, it is emptied into each other and the number of trays is reduced. When the water is completely absorbed, the other ingredients are added and mixed well. The ingredients are left in the sun for a day to mix well, then placed in glass jars and stored in cool places.
