House Kahke

Ingredients (1 Tray)
½ kg whole wheat flour 
Salt and water

Preparation
Blends are prepared by breaking off pieces from the dough prepared by mixing whole wheat flour, a little salt and water. The lentils are shaped into very thick bagels by hand, placed on baking trays and baked in the oven. The baked kâhkes are stored in cloth bags for a long time. All of these processes are done in special kâhke ovens. Only whole wheat flour is given to the oven at home.

*It is also called Güvur kâhkesi.
