Ingredients (Serves 5)
15 eggs
10 green onions spring onions
1 bunch of parsley
Enough flour
½ spoon salt
1 &cced;teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1.5 cups plain butter
Preparation
Eggs are broken into a bowl and beaten, salt, black pepper, red pepper are added and mixed and flour is added. When these ingredients are mixed well and reach the consistency of yogurt, finely chopped spring onions and parsley are added. Take three pieces of the mixture with a small ladle and throw them into the hot oil in the pan, fry until they turn pink and place on serving plates.
