Sour Eggs

Ingredients (For 3 People)
2 cups of grape juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
6 eggs
1 tea glass of plain butter
Salt

Preparation
Put the grape juice in a large bowl. Meanwhile, add salt to the eggs in a deep bowl and beat them. Take a tablespoon of the beaten egg and add it to the grape juice with the sugar and mix. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Eggs are poured into the heated oil and cooked as an omelet. The prepared sour grape juice is poured over the cooked eggs and it is waited for it to boil. It is served once it boils.
