Yarpız Tzatziki

Ingredients (Serves 6)
½ kg yarpız
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 kg yogurt
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Yarpız are cleaned and washed thoroughly, left in a strainer to drain, then finely chopped and placed in a bowl. Garlic is peeled, crushed and added to the yarpuz. Whisk the yogurt and pour it into a bowl, add salt and serve.

*Wild mint. It is pronounced as "suyarpızı" in Urfa dialect.
