Lolaz Orchard

Ingredients (Serves 5)
½ kg lolaz
1 bunch parsley 1 bunch green onions
2 lemon juice or pomegranate syrup 
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
Salt

Preparation
Lolaz is cleaned and washed, boiled in a pot with plenty of water, when it softens, it is taken to a colander. On the other hand, green onions and parsley are cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Lolaz and chopped greens are put in a large bowl. Add salt, chili pepper, lemon juice (or pomegranate syrup) and mix and place on a serving plate.
