Isot Caciği

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg fresh red pepper
½ kg garlic yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
Salt
Preparation
Peel the peppers roasted on the fire and chop them finely. The garlic yogurt and olive oil are poured over the peppers placed on a serving plate and mixed.
