Isot Salad

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg fresh red peppers
1 tea glass lemon juice
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Peel and chop the peppers roasted on the fire, and pour them into a serving dish. Olive oil, crushed garlic and salt are added to the lemon juice and mixed and poured over the roasted peppers.
