Ingredients (Serves 4)
2 cups of firik
4 cups of water
½ cups of plain oil
1 teaspoon of black pepper Salt
Preparation
Put oil in a pot and heat it. Pour in the cleaned and washed firik and fry a little, add four cups of water. Add salt and black pepper, cook and let it rest, then serve hot. It is eaten with grape salad or vegetable garden.
