Fatty Minced Meat

Ingredients (Serves 6)
2 cups of bulgur wheat
1 large onion
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
4 tablespoons of chili pepper
1 bunch of parsley
3 tablespoons of plain oil
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cinnamon Salt
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pot, add the finely chopped onions and fry until they turn pink, tomato paste is added. After the tomato paste is roasted, four glasses of water are added. When it boils, add red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper and cinnamon, then add the bulgur. Before it absorbs all the water, turn off the heat, chop the parsley finely and add it and mix.
