Ingredients (Serves 4)
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil

Preparation
A teaspoon of salt is added to the flour poured into the tray, vinegar is poured into it and kneaded with water. When it reaches the right consistency, it is kneaded by dipping your hands into oil and turned into dough. The dough is cut into walnut-sized pieces and rolled out with a rolling pin to the size of a cake plate and fried in oil until it turns pink. The biche placed on the serving plate can be eaten as is or dipped in sugar honey or molasses.
