Lebeni Soup with Meat

Ingredients (Serves 4)
250 gr fatty lamb pieces
½ cup chickpeas 1 cup pounded meat 1 kg yogurt
1 egg Salt
For the Sauce
1 tablespoon plain oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preparation
Put the chickpeas and pounded meat, soaked overnight, in a pressure cooker with the diced meat and cook thoroughly in one liter of water. On the other hand, add an egg and a teaspoon of salt to the yogurt (so that the yogurt does not curdle) and beat. Add the beaten yogurt to the meat, chickpeas and pounded wheat that has started to boil. Boil for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Eat it hot by sprinkling red pepper flakes and mint on top in a spoonful of oil.
