Yogurt Soup

Ingredients (Serves 4)
2 tablespoons of flour
½ kg yogurt
½ tea glass of plain butter
1 egg
10 cups of broth
1 tea spoon of red pepper flakes
1 tea spoon of dried mint
Crunchy

Preparation
When half of the oil in the pot is heated, broth is added. In another bowl, two heaped spoons of flour are whisked in two glasses of water to make a paste. Take a spoonful of boiling broth in the pot and add it to the paste and heat it. The heated mixture is slowly mixed into the boiling broth and cooked until the flour taste disappears. On the other hand, an egg and a teaspoon of salt are added to the yogurt in a bowl and whisked. A ladleful of the boiling soup is taken and added to the yogurt and heated; the heated yogurt is poured into the pot, stirring constantly, and cooked until it boils. The crisps are placed on a serving plate and the soup is poured with red pepper and mint seared in oil.
