Fried Meatballs

Ingredients (Serves 4)
½ kg lean cubed meat
1 kg keme
1 tablespoon of plain oil
1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
Enough water
Black pepper Salt
Preparation
After soaking the keme in water, scrape its exterior with the tip of a knife, wash it with plenty of water and chop it into dice-sized pieces. Wash the cubed meat and put it in a pot, add tomato paste and mix when it turns pink in the oil. Add salt and pepper and cook thoroughly with two glasses of water. Add the chopped keme to the dish. When the keme is cooked, remove it from the heat, serve and eat with white rice.
