Ingredients (For 5 People)
2 kg lean cubed meat
1.5 teaspoons black pepper
Salt
½ kg yogurt
½ cups plain butter
5-6 cloves garlic

Preparation
Put the cubed meat in a pressure cooker and wash it. Add 5 cups of water, put it on the fire and cook it well. Put the plain butter in the pan and heat it. Separate the meat from its water and put it in the pan and fry it a little. Add salt, pepper and half a glass of meat broth to the roasted meat, and remove from heat when it boils. Pour the garlic yogurt prepared in a bowl over the meat placed on a serving plate and eat with rice.
