Roasted Liver

Ingredients (For 2 People)
1 sheep liver
1 large onion
1.5 tablespoons of clarified butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 coffee cup of pomegranate syrup
4-5 green onions
1 bunch of parsley

Preparation
The livers are peeled and cut into cubes, washed and left in a colander. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Thinly chopped onion is added to the pan and fried until it turns pink. Add the livers to the onions. Cook until the liver releases its own juices, add salt and pepper, and remove from heat. Add a cup of pomegranate syrup and place on a serving plate. Add finely chopped green onions and parsley.
