Bazda Caves

Bazda Caves, There are historical quarries on both sides of the road starting from the 15th km of the Harran-Han el-Ba'rur road. Bazda Caves are on the right side of the road at the 19th km. They are known and recognized as "Bazda", "Albazdu", "Elbazde" or "Bozdağ Caves". It is the most important and most beautiful quarry in the region.  & ... As a result of hundreds of years of stone collection for the surrounding Harran, Shuayb city and Khan el-Ba'rur structures, many squares, tunnels and galleries have emerged in both caves. The larger one in particular has been carved into two floors here and there, and piers as high as 10-15 meters have been left in the middle to create squares. In addition, long galleries and tunnels have provided exits to various sides of the mountain.
