Ear Soup (2nd Method)

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg yogurt
1 egg
10 cups of broth
3 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of pure butter  
1 teaspoon of mint
Salt

For the ear
2 cups of flour
200 gr ground meat
1 tablespoon of pure butter
½ çteaspoon black pepper
Salt

Preparation
The kneaded dough is cut into squares and a mixture of minced meat, black pepper and salt is placed between them and closed in the shape of an amulet and fried in light oil to make it pink. Meat broth is added to the pot and boiled. On the other hand, yogurt and flour, salt and eggs are added to a deep bowl and mixed well. Yogurt is warmed with water taken from the boiling pot and added to the pot and cooked until the flour smell disappears. When the ears are put in and taken to a serving plate, the sauce prepared with oil and mint is poured on top and eaten.
