Rib Broth Soup

Ingredients (Serves 6)
8 cups of rib broth
1 small bowl of shredded rib meat
3 tablespoons of flour
1 lemon
1 egg
2 tablespoons of plain oil
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 teaspoon of dried mint

Preparation
A tablespoon of oil in a saucepan is heated and the previously cooked rib broth* is added to the flour and boiled. Rib meat is shredded and added to the pot, and when it is almost cooked, the soup is seasoned by breaking an egg into a bowl and beating it with lemon juice. Fry red pepper flakes and mint in a spoonful of oil heated in a pan and add to the soup and serve. If desired, you can also add crusty bread.
