Flour Slurry

Ingredients (Serves 3)
2 tea glasses of flour
2 tea glasses of granulated sugar/molasses
2 tablespoons of plain butter
3 cups of water
A pinch of salt
Preparation
When the oil in the pot melts a little on the fire, add water and flour and stir continuously. In the meantime, add a pinch of salt and cook until the flour tastes off. Add the desired sugar or molasses and; If you wish, sprinkle it on top and serve.
