Bastik Roast

Ingredients (For 3 People)
1 tbsp bastık (grape pulp) 
1 tbsp plain butter
2 eggs

Preparation
Bastık is cut into small squares. A tbsp plain butter is put in a pan and melted over the fire, the bastık is roasted in the melted butter. When the eggs are cooked, remove from the heat and serve by beating them on the pinkish whites.
