Cheese Dessert

Ingredients (Serves 5)
3 cups granulated sugar
6 heads of Urfa unsalted cheese 
1.5 cups water
1 egg
1 cup plain butter
½ lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking soda 
Enough flour

Preparation of the Sherbet
Put the sugar in a deep bowl, add water and boil for a couple of times. Add the lemon juice and stir for three minutes and then removed from the heat.

Preparation
After the cheese is crushed in a large bowl, an egg is broken into it, a teaspoon of baking soda and as much flour as possible are added. Kneaded to the softness of an earlobe and small walnut-sized balls are made. The balls are shaped by hand, the middle is pierced with the help of a finger and thrown into hot oil. After frying until it turns pink, it is thrown into sugar honey and served.
