İsot Çömleği

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg cubed meat
4 kg red pepper 1 kg tomatoes
½ cups plain oil 2 onions
2 heads of garlic
1 spoon tomato paste
Juice of 2 large sour pomegranates

Preparation
The meat, boiled for a little in the pot, is sautéed with chopped onions in a pot filled with oil, the tomato paste is added and mixed. Washed and seeded peppers are cut into large pieces and placed on top. Peeled and chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves are added, salt is added, and the remaining meat broth and pomegranate juice in the pot are added. Served after slowly cooking in the oven. Eaten with rice pilaf or plain bulgur pilaf and onion.
